A hotel like this deserves the right kind of guests, those who are equally courteous and show respect for the property. I would advise travellers to be respectful of the property and not feel entitled to do what they wish and act as they wish. Hotels don’t stay world class by themselves, they require guests who show respect and courtesy to the staff and the property. I hope that will be the case with this hotel."
