"Rooms were great, games room amazing, pool nice, breakfast was great. We had a man at front desk that went above and beyond, letting us use the table area to enjoy pizza with our team, it was so nice! We had one grumpy front desk lady (I believe her name was Patricia) that let half of our huge team have late checkout and half not. Then when we asked if was ok to just sit at the tables and play board games while we waited, she said no. That was a bit of a negative. The rest of the stay was amazing. "

"I’ve stayed here many times. I know it’s not a five star hotel - each time before the rooms were very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is cramped but there’s not much they can do about that. This time the new front desk staff had my reservation wrong (I booked a kitchenette room) and when I asked to be moved from the room he offered (I knew from past experience that the full time guest beside that room is a heavy smoker and the smoke drifts into the room beside), he rolled his eyes and gave me the keys in a curt manner. Not cool. "
