"This was the final stay for my trip to Iceland and it was just what I needed: minutes away from the airport, great bed for a good night’s rest, spacious to rearrange all my luggage comfortably, and tea station available.
It had an extremely well equipped kitchen that I didn’t use, but was there if needed. Parking was right infront of the property for convenient access. Check in instructions were very straightforward and easy so getting into the property was great.

"The staff were fantastic, checking in at two am and being greeted enthusiastically. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was quite good and starting at four am is a bonus for anyone leaving early. I would definitely recommend this hotel/hostel. "

"This is a nice hotel with it's own private blue lagoon pool that stays open until 10pm in April. Perfect for one night before you go explore Iceland. This hotel is a short drive from the big blue lagoon pools and retreat spa. No regrets, but for the ultimate soft landing and luxury, stay at the retreat hotel. I would pick one of these two hotels (and a full day retreat spa pass) to start or end your Iceland trip with!"
