"Asked to ‘rate my stay’ which is impossible because they cancelled my booking hours before check in, when I was already en route to the hotel, citing a problem with a license. If the hotel doesn’t have a valid license or it’s expiring, please don’t sell rooms until it’s fixed - it’s impossibly disappointing for your customers and future reputation, not to mention incredibly inconvenient to be let down at noon on check-in day.
It wasn’t possible to find anything as close to the airport for the same price so I was forced to find a more expensive stay further away from the airport at the last moment. Avoid this hotel until they’ve confirmed that they’ve sorted this issue out."
