Parking was easy, just short walk to public car park and hotel registers your plate so you don’t have to pay.

"Overall nice hotel but considering it’s a 4 star hotel the walls were paper thin. There’s one chair in each room and our next door neighbors decided to constantly scratch the floor by moving the chair at night. Maybe add soft cushions to the bottom of the legs and something to dampen the noise of the doors slamming. My boyfriend and I barely slept one night because of the constant door slamming and chair moving noises at night."
"We had a wonderful stay at Dubrovnik Luxury Residence – L’Orangerie. The reception lady was super helpful and kind, and she went above and beyond to help us with parking and show us around the unit when we arrived.

"Outside Dubrovnik by a reasonable margin to avoid the driving traffic, but still easy access to the city. Loved the small kitchen area, the size/space of the place--especially for two people--and the outside balcony sitting area with a wonderful view of the bay. Getting up angle of the driveway from the road was difficult if coming from the direction of the city. Would have enjoyed having at least a hot plate for coffee/tea in the room. "Beware - this hotel is not a good option when arriving late. There is no 24 hour reception and there are no staff around into the evening. Our flight was delayed and we needed to contact Expedia support to arrange for help. (Though I must say the Expedia support staff were excellent)... If they don't want to man a reception, perhaps they could look at self check-in options moving forward.
The property were also not good at responding to messages through the Expedia app.
