"Basic but great location and value for money"

"Myself and 2 friends had a triple room. The en-suite within the room has frosted doors that aren’t sealed so not only can you see silhouettes when showering/going to the toilet, there no sound proofing. This can make it very awkward for couples or friends. This was the only complaint for the hotel. There was a great selection for breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and location couldn’t have been better. Everything is walkable!"

"Great welcome to Bilbao! Efficient shuttle service from the airport, eventhough the hotel shuttle was unable to transport my bike. No problem, a taxi handled it well. Check in fast and friendly. Room is new with cofortable bed and good shower. Next morning the gentleman at front office arranged for taxi service to accomodate my bike to the bus station in Bilbao. Great extra service, thank you! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, big room with blackout curtains and a great shower. In the bathroom is shower gel, moisturiser, shampoo, and conditioner. The bus to town is right outside and lots of parking space if you have a car. Just a 12 minute walk to the lovely old town. From the centre you can get a bus to the Gaztelugatxe walk (Game of Thrones) which takes and hour. There is free tea and coffee in the bedrooms and a water fountain in the hallway with room temperature, iced, or sparkling water. There’s also free wi-fi and a free gym (on the first floor). The staff are friendly and multi-lingual."
