"I recently stayed at El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday, and I want to give a special shoutout to our amazing Guest Service Specialist, Carlos!
From start to finish, Carlos went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, stress-free, and memorable. He assisted with dinner reservations for my mom’s birthday, arranged a birthday cake to make her celebration extra special, and helped coordinate additional dining reservations throughout our stay.
He also made sure our airport transportation was arranged and coordinated tram pickups directly from our room so we could easily get around the resort.
What truly stood out was Carlos’s attentiveness, responsiveness, and genuine care. No matter what we needed, he was always willing to help and made us feel like a priority. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent customer service did not go unnoticed.
Carlos truly made a difference in our vacation experience, and we are so grateful for everything he did to make my mom’s milestone birthday special.
