"The hotel was undergoing construction during my stay. This was obviously undisclosed and taking place right above my head, starting in the very early hours of the morning. Every time we tried to talk to someone about it to see if they could move us to a new room where it wasn't above our heads, they would say that that day was the last day construction was happening. "The hotel is gorgeous and immaculate, and the staff is ALWAYS available to help. My room was beautiful, the bed comfortable and the style eclectic and comfortable. I could live there! I forgot my phone charger and the person behind the desk loaned me exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this hotel AND the restaurant, especially the tapas!"

"The room was clean, basic, no frills. Breakfast was included and very good, a couple options available. 7:30a-8:30a. The restaurant was very good with a great view, only open until 8:30p. Filtered water was available to refill your water bottle in the restaurant. Be ready for lots of steps! If you have any issue with steps, this is not the hotel for you. Off the beaten trail (so quiet) but near really good food and pretty much everything within a 10 minute walk. The room we stayed in was a bit strangely laid out but very clean and had a strong fan over the bed - nice detail. Plants are beautiful but a bit on the over grown side. Pool could have used some attention and there were no full size hammocks but the chairs were great to watch the lake and...
