The facility is beautiful, however, the service leaves much to be desired.
Expect to get hassled constantly at the pool by workers trying to sell you services. The biggest problem is they don't go away even when you tell them no. You will be incapable of just relaxing given the constant sales pitches.
The food was also sub-par, by far the worst at any resort I've had in Egypt.
Having travelled all over Eygpt, I can easily say this resort was the worst experience in terms of food and service between all resorts.
