"Unforgettable experience in the Sahara in all its glory under the stars but with all the amenities you would need. Dinner comes with a traditional folk and dance followed by the acrobatics on the horses and then a showcase on traditional breadmaking in the sands. Tent is massive and has power. Place is a bit tricky to if you rely on google maps as it'll take you through the more "scenic" paths but its all in the experience!"

"Very nice property, well furnished common areas and rooms, pleasant gardens. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. My only gripe is when booking the hotel wanted to take payment up front whereas Expedia said it was pay at the property. "

"It was the best ever, I have been in to many hotels but the service in Dar Horchani is so perfect and specially the staff are so kind, available and attentive to details. Dar Horchani is the best to taste a Tunisian food. We will surely come back soon "

"Considerato che in situ non ci sono molti altri hotels e questo è, a prima vista, meno peggio degli altri, si può consigliarlo agli amici ma solo perché non c'è davvero altro. "The room was lovely and the staff was very helpful; making it feel like it was truly our home for the time being. We were disappointed the restaurant was not available that evening as we had read good reviews. Our breakfast was very nice. We did not take advantage of the spa or hammam. It was a peaceful and very beautiful space. "

"Beautiful luxury resort. The hammam ritual was wonderful. Security is good as well. Service was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, beautiful, large and well appointed. I enjoyed my meal at Saraba though it was pricey, but for a buffet with many excellent options and grilled lamb chops, steak or merguez. Other nights we went into Tozeur to eat. Although more disconnected from local culture than our other hotel stays in Tunisia, it was a bit of a respite from our travels, as a woman, to be able to relax a bit in our attire as well and enjoy Western facilities in a resort."
