Fantasic 3 night stay in lovely mountain hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, contactable via WhatsApp. Great breakfast, packed lunches and dinner. Right next to Oveja Negra restaurant and good pub/bar and at the top of town near the trails.

Nice property- well located as you can start your treks from there. I found some of the reception staff not the most helpful and a bit 'blasé'.We needed a fan to sleep as the room was super warm even though outside was relatively cool- poor insulation and lack of ability to open windows very much

Beautiful hotel in the heart of El Chalten

I love everything about this hotel. The location is very convenient (close to restaurants and shops and walking distance to trails). The room was spacious, the bed and sheets very comfortable. After a long day of hiking, going to the spa was awesome. I strongly recommend it!

Large Rooms and Nice Spa

This is probably the best hotel in El Chalten. Our room was large with a big bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice spa area with jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. The one problem was the slow wi-fi; sometimes we couldn't get a signal at all.

Everything was great! We arrived in the evening and the room was warm, clean and inviting. The staff were very helpful and let us store our bags there for a couple days while we went into the park to camp and didn’t want to take them with us. Overall really great value for the cost!

Overall, we had a good comfortable stay here. The hotel is perfectly situated near the end of San Martin Ave, in a quiet location, and an easy walk to the trail heads and lots of dining options. The front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was lacking - items were not consistently replenished, and offerings had too many sweets. Housekeeping could have been better - left our room door unlocked after servicing one day.

Really great property but we had experienced power outages 2 days in a row. That also affected water pressure- no sink no shower. Nice restaurant for dinner - and close to trails and town

Pros: nice staff, good breakfast buffet, good location, nice to have a hot tub but half the jets dont work. Cons: The main issue with this place is how loud and creaky it is if you are a light sleeper its not great and expect to get woken up frequently in the am hours from people walking around because it echos a lot. Also the tap in my room and the room next to mine made a horribly loud high pitched squeaking noise if it wasnt on full blast. Also they need to fix the door on their dry sauna to stay closed so it stays hot enough.

We absolutely loved this hotel and was told it’s one of the best in the town. We can confirm. We enjoyed the bed, shower, and pool + jacuzzi. It’s really needed after a long hike. Staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was superb with lots of options to choose from.
