Nice new hotel

Stayed for one night in September. Beautiful new hotel with very spacious two storey rooms. Planned one night here midway through our two week trip to take advantage of their laundry service, which was an excellent value at 70 pesos for a large bag full of clothes. The stay itself was also an excellent value, with very personal service and very good breakfast. Location is a bit remote from the downtown, but was a nice walk back from town (about 30 minutes). Would stay here again.

Great location, lovely staff, unforgettable trip

Lovely boutique appartments overlooking Lake Argentina. The staff will make sure your stay is special and you make the most of your stay in this incredibly beautifull part of the world. We loved El Calafate and we loved this hotel. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip and one we'll never forget.

Amazing place, wonderful staff 7 reasonable price

Amazing, duplex apartments very tastefully fitted out. Pablo, Paula and the team were the most attentive front of house staff we have ever experienced and made our stay in El Calafate a wonderful experience we will never forget. They not only organised everything for us (even changing our plans for us horse back riding at 1130pm and organising a private driver) but they really helped us to understand how best to use our 4 days in the area. Pablo YOU ARE THE MAN :) We want to come back already... thanks for your help!!

Boutique Hotel Los Ponchos

La décoration de l'hôtel est très soignée et le service attentif; Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Nous avions une belle vue sur le lac de notre chambre (toutes donnent sur le lac) mais quelques maisons sont en construction en contrebas, ce qui ne devrait globalement pas obstruer la vue mais celle-ci changera forcément un peu.

Los Ponchos an Excellent Choice

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Only drawback to this hotel is that is a little far from the center of town although it is walkable and staff is very helpful in arranging transportation.

Fantástico hotel

Las vistas desde el hotel son fantásticas, y la habitación es muy agradable. El personal del hotel es encantador, te ayudan a resolver cualquier duda o necesidad que tengas, incluso te recomiendan el lugar donde cenar y te realizan la reserva. El servicio es impecable. El desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación a la hora que desees, da igual cuánto madrugues. En una palabra, definiría el hotel como FANTÁSTICO
