Gepflegter Garten - ungenügendes Zimmer
Obwohl auf dem von ebookers.ch erhaltenen Voucher die Reservation von 2 Zimmern mit "garden view" stand, wollte man uns zuerst nur ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten zur Strasse hin geben. Die nachher bezogenen Zimmer waren ungepflegt (Teppich nur mit Besen gereinigt; heumliegender O.B.), dunkel und muffig. Das Bad spottet jeder Beschreibung: Das kleine Lavabo war mit einem Duschvorhang von WC und Bidet abgetrennt, wo zugleich eine Brause in der Holzwand angebracht war. Mit Schaber und Bodenlappen kämpften wir gegen eine Überflutung des Bades.

Hotel bom. A área da piscina é excelente.
Não fica ninguém na recepção após às 22h, tem que chamar uma pessoa que parecia ser responsável pela cozinha para tirar alguma dúvida ou para abrir a porta do hotel.

Hotel La Loma, cerca al centro de El Calafate
La Loma lo recomendaría sin dudas. Su ubicación céntrica, instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas hacen que la estancia se sienta como en casa. El trato del personal también es muy cuidado.

Short stay at Hotel La Loma
We stayed at Hotel La Loma on the way to and from both El Chalten and Torres Del Paine. It was in a perfect location, just a couple of hundred metres from the bus station and on the same level, so no need to carry bags up and down the stairs from the main road. It had a lovely swimming pool and large gardens to relax in. The staff were great too. Would definitely stay there again.

This is my review for a second stay, when we get maybe the best room with big window and everything worked fine.
Hotel was ok , with very nice stuff, nice garden, and good location. I will stay there again even if our first room was not so nice

Room should be better for this price. Toilet didn't work. Overall hotel was ok with nice staff.
Second time we stay there I think we get the best room. Nice with a huge window. I will stay there again, but maybe there are better options for that price ? But this hotel has good location

um bom hotel
o cafe da manha estava basico, mas estava bom, o atendimento da recepcionista foi otimo ela foi muito gentil, a unica coisa que não gostei foi o fato do o transfer do aeroporto era as 12:30 e o check inn as 10:00 e não permitirem que nós ficassemos nem sentado na recepção para esperar o transfer, fomos de certa forma "expulsos" das dependencias do hotel, achei meio chato para com o cliente não poder nem ficar na recepção, quarto limpo e com cama confortavel

Pasamos tres días inolvidables en Calafate. La atención es su distintivo. La pileta climatizada su mejor servicio. El desayuno es preparado cada mañana en el hotel y ofrecen por la tarde un cafe de cortesia con exquisitas dulzuras.La heladera y el comedor pueden utilizarse si usted desea prepararse la vianda para una excursion o quiere cenar en el hotel despues d euna larga visita. Las habitaciones estandar son comodas aunque antiguas y las superiores son ideales para huespedes exigentes.
