Hotel Spa di El Arenal

" I booked this hotel through Hotels.com as All Inclusive, which clearly stated that meals and drinks were included. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the booking only covered breakfast only. There were no inclusive drinks, no lunch or dinner, and no minibar access. I contacted Hotels.com, and they confirmed that my booking should have included full meals and drinks. The issue has been escalated to their resolution team. "This is the 2nd time we have been here and it was excellent again. It gives us a great base in a lovely convenient location. The only thing we would change would be to have more comfortable seats/sun loungers on the balcony. "

"Das Zimmer war schon bisschen abgerockt. Nicht richtig sauber, teilweise Dinge schon sehr abgenutzt, Tür hat geklemmt. Mitarbeiter teilweise sehr nett und hilfsbereit, teilweise kaum englisch und keinen Servicegedanken. (Bestellung falsch verstanden, falsche Drinks geliefert, Essensbestellung nach langer Wartezeit erst hinterfragt.) Gym? Es sollte Arobic Raum heißen… Nur limitierte und schlechte Ausstattung.
