"Das Personal ist massiv überfordert. Eincheken über 2 Stunden Wartezeit. Auschecken noch mal 30 min gewartet. Personal weiß nicht wer zu welcher Buchung gehört."

"The hotel rates its self basic and has 2 stars and I feel it gives more back than that, so rate it excellent compared to what we expected. Room was plain but clean with fresh towel. Balcony basic. Breakfast was fab, the staff were very friendly. Pool not very clean and sun lounge area basic but we didn’t come to lie about the pool so this didn’t bother us. "Hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick. Matratzen waren etwas Hart und die Bettdecke war nur eine Art Laken. Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war vielfältig und die Zeiten fürs Frühstück, perfekt wenn man Nachts feiern war. "

" I booked this hotel through Hotels.com as All Inclusive, which clearly stated that meals and drinks were included.
