I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help. One of the managers actually told me that they were not listed on Expedia and someone else must have...

The pool and gym was being renovated doing my stay but the hotel did provide an alternative gym and pool a short shuttle drive away.
