"We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The rooms have no balconies, and there was constant noise from air-conditioning units in the area, which made it difficult to relax. The dining room was also not particularly inviting in terms of atmosphere. Due to the war, many of the hotel facilities were closed or not functioning, which significantly limited the overall experience. Despite this, the price we paid did not reflect the situation or the reduced services."

"The spa looked very nice but it was too crowded to enjoy. The spa is on the smaller side and since it was a little chilly outside, a lot of the guests were in the spa."

"The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is luxurious and has large walk-in shower. The indoor salt water pool area is outstanding. Clean with plenty of towels. I love the way the pool connects to an outdoor area. The manager Eyal is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The room was clean, but is getting old. Paint was peeling, furniture looked worn, and the mattress was definitely dipping in the middle. The spa was good, but could use some renovations. Not bad overall for the price."

"The staffs were friendly and nice. The breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing. There were people smoking by the pool which was not pleasant otherwise good location and great med range hotel. "
