"The room was clean and staff were friendly. . The rooms in the back, are quiet but overlooks to houses. The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy. The hotel is way over priced at over $300 a night. The location is really bad, there are a couple of restaurants that are not the best and there is nothing to see walking distance. When going to downtown you have to go thru a really bad area with sidewalks full of homeless and drugged/drunken people. I definitely would not recommend."

"This was an exceptional property and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean and the view of the river was beautiful. We had to leave early in the morning and the owner left out a packaged breakfast for us. We would definitely stay there again."

"The room was clean and spacious. The coffee machine downstairs was great. The staff was nice and friendly. I was able to find parking each night that we stayed there, so no complaints there. The only complaint I'd have is that it's next to quite a busy street (Boundary Rd), so be prepared for traffic noise. We were visiting family in Burnaby so the location was pretty convenient."

"Modern apartment with everything you need. We were only staying one night so didn’t take advantage of the kitchen, but for a longer stay it would be perfect. Everything was very clean, the shower had excellent temperature and pressure, the beds and linens were comfortable. We had our dog with us and he was very pleased with the treats and his bed. Robes were an unexpected bonus. Parking garage was easily accessible, secure and clean. Check in instructions were clear and communication was timely...
