"I was on a solo trip and got one of the single rooms at the attic for a discounted price. The room is compact with limited natural lighting and is featured with a "head-banging" vaulted ceiling. But there is everything I needed and it is compensated by the layout of the room. The heating in the room is adjustable and can be quite powerful. The shower is clean and with consistent hot water. Their swimming pool is quite lovely and looks clean. However, the water is quite cold. I didn't have breakfast there but staff from the front desk and room service were both friendly and helpful. It is at a convenient location, close to a tram station, with city centre in walkable distance. The area is very quiet in the evening. Overall very enjoyable experience. "

"Angelina the owner was very accommodating and welcoming. On the first morning, we were too early to breakfast. However as Angelina was already preparing breakfast, she allowed us to start earlier. This was a very warm thoughtful gesture to tired travellers with jet lag! The property was also very well maintained and very well decorated with a warm and comfortable feel about it. On check out day, Angelina allowed us to leave luggage in the hotel later while we explored the nearby area. Very memorable stay which our kid also enjoyed!"

"Great hotel with very friendly Staff and a broad range of facilities. Very nice rooms, nice building. The only less great was that once seated in the restaurant, in a quite remote area of a room, they forgot about us and as the waiters apparently work with ‘zones’ the waiter in the zone next to us didn’t even consider warning his colleague, even after looking at us several times, meaning it took 20 minutes and a slightly stronger reminder from our side before he took action and we (family with children) were attended to. After that, we were served very quickly by an experienced waitress and the quality of the dinnermore than made up for the initial neglect. "
