"we spent almost 1 hour trying to figure out on the self check in. There were a few people at the lobby with the same experience.
it should be clearly stated that we need to scan the QR to register our details. Then obtain the booking reference no. and use it to login in.
we were trying to key in the hotel booking no. on various attempts but not successful. It got complicated bcos we booked 3 rooms and we need 3 booking reference no.
other than that, the hotel is ok

"Loved the comfortable beds, cozy, clean, quiet and black out shutters. Situated in a super cute town. Parking was easy.
I did wish the washer was also a dryer, but we had to hang dry clothes, which was okay. There's also not an oven, so plan for that if you're cooking there. Freezer is tiny.
Beds are big, more like a King size.
Communication through WhatsApp was excellent and quick to respond.
Overall, we loved it and will stay with StayBright again. "

"The room and hotel was very clean and modern, the bed was a little firm but wasn’t bad for me or my husband. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The location was absolutely perfect for walking around town. We had such a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again!"
