"Hotel and spa absolutely wonderful - not much negative to say. But the staff is very "polish" and cold and unfriendly. This is a 5*-standing hotel and they should train their staff to have that friendliness and service worth of a 5*z"

"Die Schlafcouch war eine reine Zumutung. Selbst für Kleinkinder schwer zu beschlafen!! Sehr geräuschintensiv, instabil und durchgelegen /-gesessen wie eine Hängematte. Ansonsten alles in allem ein empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt!!"
