"We had a hard time checking in. The code they gave us did not work. We contacted them and they gave us a different code….that also didn’t work. The cleaning staff was there and saw that we were having trouble, so they helped us contact the property manager, which was very nice of them as they didn’t have to. After 30 minutes of trying to get in our room while trying to not piss my pants, I was finally given an “emergency code” that let us in the room. Between that bad check in experience, and...

"The property needs maintenance. The walls need to be painted, the baseboards are filthy. The blind was stuck up and I couldn’t reach it to bring it back down. It is not up to SONDERS standards. The location is fabulous. However, parking is a nightmare. There is no place to unload your luggage. So be prepared to pack lightly and save yourself a headache of walking through the streets with luggage and backpacks."

"The place is wonderful, we had a great time, spotless, well equipped. We park our car for the weekend and walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Walking noise from the apartment above is the one and only thing that keeps it from being perfect. We felt safe walking back to it from our night time ghost tour. Overall a great stay."
