"This is a motel. There are no elevators. I am a senior citizen with mobility challenges and heavy luggage. I was booked on the 3rd floor. The check in clerk carried my luggage upstairs for me and someone was sent to carry my luggage down for check out. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. "We stayed in a King room for a night after a cruise. It was available when we arrived, which was really nice. The room was small, but comfortable. We had a minor issue with the toilet that was fixed right away. Staff members were very nice and helpful. We were able to walk to the Space Needle."

"This hotel has one of the greatest staff team all around. I travel a minimum of 3 times a year & this was by far the most welcoming!
I was checked in at another hotel down the street right before this one & I wish I could have stayed here throughout. The beds are so comfortable! Reminds me of the European style bedding they have in the hotels in Germany. Also, we enjoyed the complimentary drinks at check-in & refillable water bottle. 10/10 highly recommend!"
