Incredible staff, awesome room, hot tub and pool area, breakfast is phenomenal, front lobby is great to chill out and interact with dog owners. Will be back again!!

Loved this hotel, we travel often to Edmonton and this will definitely be a hotel we rebook at. Pool was great, clean rooms and super friendly staff. Only downfall was the outside music they play can become quite loud when in the room, can hear it though the window.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a wonderful experience! The room was spotless and comfortable, with clean beds and a comfortable temperature. The continental breakfast was a hit with my kids (and me!) - there was a great selection to choose from. One of the things that impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was at night, which made for a great night's sleep. But what really made our stay stand out was the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends - it's a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Free parking too.

We love staying here. The Front Desk staff especially Ms Jackie are all professional and friendly. The breakfast room food options are great and staff as well.

We took our family of 5 and one friend to west Ed and stayed here. It’s a short drive, cute pool amazing staff and the food was great with great prices. You order in your room then come down and they serve you in their waiting room/ dinning area. The breakfast buffet was so needed and incredibly over the top. Warm eggs, French toast, hash browns fresh fruit. A yogurt parfait area. Your cold options. It was great.

The staff was second to non however our bed sheets were stained with blood and when we called to let them know house keeping came but would only change the sheet not all blankets as we requested and we didn’t get an discount for this. Also they had a water main break so a lot of Reno’s a lot of equipment kind of loud all day long. But again the front desk staff was great.
