Hotel is missing some room plaques, sharpied on the walls instead. Room was relatively clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Noise is loud as it’s between the highway and an industrial park.

My husband parked our truck right outside the doors so I had a short distance to walk after having back surgery. We were told we aren’t allowed to stop there. After checking in and clearly struggling to stand I’m given a room on the 4th floor. Not a huge problem because maybe they were busy but would have been much nicer to be closer. Then my room key doesn’t work. So my husband goes downstairs, no one’s at the desk because the girl is bringing me pillows(I asked for this, thank you). When she approaches, her key also doesn’t work. So she informs me the door handle is broken and lets me in with a key. I was never offered a physical key, so now I’m in my room and can’t leave. My husband goes to get food and has to come back twice that I have to get up to let him in, while still struggling to walk. No sort of compensation offered or really even an apology.

My wife and I have stayed there a number of times and we always liked it that’s why we kept coming back. But this time as we had for our room down the hallway from the foyer the smell of dope being smoked was so strong it was sickening. We almost turned around at that point asked for our money back but we decided to see if it smelled in the room which didn’t But if we run across that again we won’t be staying there anymore. I understand people aren’t supposed to be Smoking in there at all dope or otherwise.

Booked an executive suite which was supposed to come with daily housekeeping and a child crib was requested prior to our stay. Didnt get any housekeeping and the cribs they brought to our room were both broken. The staff failed to replace the crib completely and suggested they will fix it Monday. Our stay was only till Sunday. So all in all, not a executive stay at all.

They moved me to the other Radisson because they gave my room away and the room was so dirty. The hand towel had what looked like make up on it and the headboard and side table had an oily substance splattered over it. When I arrived it was very late and so I didn't notice til morning. The room also had a strong chemical smell, like febreeze and karosene mixed together. Disappoint.

This hotel is nice and has all the necessary amenities. The room was nice, clean, spacious, had a large, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with shower. The lady at the front desk (Victoria) was very nice, polite and accommodating, despite my late arrival. I consider my stay at the Radisson Hotel Edmonton Airport a good value.

This os the first time in my life to give a review. But I couldn’t keep this to myself. Never again! Radisson should not be allowed to operate as half a star hotel even. This is by far the worst of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. To start, the elevator and common areas were dirty, as if haven’t been clean for a while. The drapes in room itself was also had weird smudges on them that I dared not touch them. The to refrigerator was also not that clean. There were some light switches with some weird reddish substance on them that I also would not dare touch them. The king bed had a fitted sheet that probably of a queen bed. As soon as I climbed into bed the sheet started coming off the sides. The pillows are the worst I seen in any hotel. Super high and their size is most probably for a single bed. There were four pillows all very high and uncomfortable, which kept me up all night. To make things worse, the walls are so thin that every time someone in an adjacent room took a piss I heard the loud sound of the toilet. Not to mention the guy in the next room that kept getting calls between 1:30 am and 5:30 am and talking with his callers on speaker in loudest of manners. It was I was sleeping in the same room as him. My advice don’t stay here you are better off in a motel!
