"Breakfast was good with several hot options, hard to keep everything stocked, but staff tried. It is not the cheapest hotel, so I was surprised to pay $21 a night for onsite parking. Room was spacious and good water pressure in the shower. Wish AC was stronger, it never got below 72 even though we had it on high the entire time."

"The room itself was very nice and well put together! AC kept us cool all night, the view was nice, and there was ample space. The only problems we had was the shower was very dirty (combination of stains, hair, marks), the towels had numerous stains in them, and services were not easily accessible after hours."

"Check in took a very long time, and the staff member gave the impression something was wrong with the reservation and left the room. The room was not very clean and was not in good repair. This was not a safe area with many questionable people hanging around after dark. There was lots of noise in the room above us every night between 9 pm and 2 am. At first we thought it was furniture moving, but then decided it was dogs playing with toys and barking."

"Outside steps were starting to crumble needed to be fixed/repainted No pets were supposed to be in the rooms yet. There was a large dog on the lower level in the room. Heater/air conditioner unit was very noisy Room was clean and beds were comfortable The breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and prepackaged rice, crispy bars"

"Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...
