Our staff and management team were aware of your problems and took the liberty to immediately address the concerns you raised for your room. To prevent further similar issues, we have trained our staff to ensure all amenities are fully stocked and prepared for the next guest. We are also communicating with DirectTv regarding the functionality of their remote controls as well as ensuring the heat from our units are working properly and blowing enough heat into the room. The refrigerator is also being replaced to prevent further freezing of any food and drinks. We also are committing to another round of inspections before we let our guests into their rooms so they get the best stay possible.
