This was the worst stay yet at Holiday Inn. Room heater was not working correctly. TV remote not working. Very few tissues in box. I had a 2 night stay. Had to change rooms 2nd day because of cold room. I slept in coat to stay warm. Had to get another TV remote. Refrig froz my soda. I stay at this hotel due to they have direct TV. I stay in this area once a month for family matters. There has always been some little inconvenient here at Holiday Inn but this stay was HORRIBLE . For what I pay for this room I would expect nicer service. I tried Hotels.com as Holiday Inn site gives no discounts. I see this site. Hotels.com does not offer any discounts either. No AARP, NO Senior. NO AAA. With nothing to offer why should I support your site.

Our staff and management team were aware of your problems and took the liberty to immediately address the concerns you raised for your room. To prevent further similar issues, we have trained our staff to ensure all amenities are fully stocked and prepared for the next guest. We are also communicating with DirectTv regarding the functionality of their remote controls as well as ensuring the heat from our units are working properly and blowing enough heat into the room. The refrigerator is also being replaced to prevent further freezing of any food and drinks. We also are committing to another round of inspections before we let our guests into their rooms so they get the best stay possible. Our staff is dedicated to make sure problems like these are mitigated and take full responsibility to ensure our guests have the best stay. We hope you give us another try in the future!
I rarely stay at Holidayinn expresses, but this one was a 5 star. From the time we arrived and breakfast. The great customer service was appreciated traveling with 2 boys for the first time. Thanks guys at front desk for your kindness.
It was a great stay. We stayed for a night. The check in was easy. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The guy that checked us in, I think his name was Carl, was awesome! We need more of him in the world.

Room needed some renovation. Carpet needs to be replaced in the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and clean.
Fantastic service, good breakfast, fast check in. The staff was friendly, from the front desk lady to the cleaning crew. Breakfast was basic but good and the pool was great. No towels at the pool but the front desk was quick to provide.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Morning breakfast had nice hot options. Only issue was our rooms AC was producing excess moisture so that was strange
The properity was super convient to 95 north and south.we stayed here as it was a 15 minute drive to the lirodendron where our daughter was getting married.
This is the nicest Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in recently. The rooms are nicely laid out, the cable TV works, and the air conditioning is responsive.
