The location of the hotel was convenient, very close to the Tower of London and boroughs market. The staff was helpful. My only complaints were the heating in our room was a portable oil filled heater and the bathroom fan did not work. We had an executive room and this was barely tolerable for the ...

The stay was very comfortable overall. The bed was especially cozy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep, and there was plenty of space to store belongings, which made settling in convenient.
