"Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. "We stayed two nights in this really beautiful place, embedded in lush surrounding. It was so peaceful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went with on a morning walk in the surrounding forest, guided by a very talented member of the staff who could show us lots of things! There was also good spa and a restaurant which served all kind of food. The pool was also nice. The place is fantastic, we really recommend a visit there!"
