The house is somewhat remote on an unpaved road, it is quiet and has a tasteful Moroccan decor, beautiful garden with swimming pool and sunbeds and several seating areas. "Hands down the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff were incredible, they were attentive and generous but never overbearing. They could not do enough for us and our son, and they excelled themselves at every opportunity. The little extras they did for us made our holiday, and the riad itself is absolutely stunning. We didn't want to leave and I genuinely think about it a week on, missing the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. It's perfectly positioned for the Palace and the souks and the pool is so welcome after a hot day exploring. The rooms are air conditioned and so comfortable and the food is absolutely incredible! "The property made our honeymoon special by greeting us with rose petals and roses upon entry to our rooms at the Hotel. They accommodated us free of charge with early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift shop masking as a boutique with terrible staff and service. "

This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "
