"Full kitchen, bring your own food to cook. Big fridge and freezer. Has a drip coffee pot. They have coffee cups, glasses, plates, utensils and silverware. We had to ask for ice and it was available. They gave us beach towels, basketball, volleyballs, kid sand toys, kick boards and lawn chairs. They have a place on top of the building to BBQ if you wanted to. You’re in the middle of the boardwalk. They have a bike path and you’re able to rent bikes or e-bikes from local venders."
