"The staff on arrival to the time we left were absolutely amazing. They were so friendly. We had an amazing time here including having dinner at the pub which is merely a few steps from our room. Local to everything to Echuca so made the stay so easy especially with children. Must try the food at the pub - simple menu but absolutely delicious!"

"I specifically Chose This accommodation As It advertised payment on arrival. I was frustrated and upset on arrival to be told by reception our booking was being canceled due to my credit card not being "valid". I Use a Load and Go Visa for Hotel bookings on A Regular Basis And This Is The First accommodation Provider To refuse A booking. I Had To Contact A Relative To Arrange Another Credit Card For "security" purposes. The room was a very poor example of 1980's take on Victorian Era Decoration....

"Although there was maintenance work being undertaken in the carpark, alternative entry/exit arrangements were made. The room was spotless, the shower hot and refreshing and the bed very comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and always had a smile! "
