"Where do I start..I booked this room 6 months in advance for a king with a roll in shower (handicap accessible). I show up and there are none available. Then Garrett (who was fabulous!!) tried to get things worked out. Only to find that a desk manager changed our booking ( without our knowledge) to a queen room!! Nope, not for us!!
