The hotel looked visually very clean, but our guest room smelled like feces when we entered it. The front desk staff was courteous, overall and efficient, but not very customer service driven. We had a small request to use a clip board for a few hours and he would not budge with it. Seemed strange to be so rigid.

We stay here every time we visit our daughter. It’s a great hotel, good food. This time there were really rowdy sports teams there and it didn’t seem like the staff were really attempting to remind them of other guests. The halls aren’t very soundproof so if you are looking for quiet might not be the right fit depending on the situation

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful new hotel. Love the layout of the room with hooks and a counter to put your bags on. I heard a lot of jumping and walking from the people above us. We also noticed a ton of ants in our room. Thanks goodness it was the day we left. Also, a little pricey for me.

We picked this location because it was centrally located for our family to meet from three different locations. Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, and clean would be an understatement. After Saturday breakfast our group gathered in the eating area to work on a charity project, we were welcomed to do so and had wonderful conversations with several staff members as we worked on stuff for the next 6 hours or so. My mother although a wonderful lady always has a comment or two, she did nothing but rave about every aspect of our stay. She talked to several staff members thanking them for the friendliness of the staff, but the cleanliness of the entire hotel. They all thanked her and said how much pride they take in their job. Wow and than you for everything. We will be back.

Great one night stay to bring our daughter back to Eau Claire for grad school! Especially since is was a 93° day and the air conditioning was working amazingly!

Disappointing check in and room experience
The check in was ok. Perso. At the desk wasnt friendly anf he wasnt at the front when we walked in so we waited a few minutes. When we got to the room we wernt getting many of the tv channels. We dialed guest services 3 times and no one picked up. Very disappointing.

The hotel was clean and up to date. The breakfast options were plentiful. The only negative was the unprofessional appearance of the check in staff. He was not at the front desk, sloppily dressed and at one point had food in his hand when he spoke to me. His unprofessionalism does not match the quality of this fine hotel.

nice hotel with very nice staff. Breakfast was very good. The only complaint I have is that when I got there, he said I had two reservations for the exact same time and then when I checked my credit card, I was charged twice. He said he deleted one but I was still charged for it. I will call the hotel and get the refund. He said it must have been a glitch in the system.
