Ken set the mark real high for anyone else who may greet arriving patrons. He was attentive to our needs, quick to offer assistance and warm & welcoming to everyone greeted (this was observed with other patrons who were checking in or calling in for assistance as well). I am confident that our next stay at Homewood Suites will be just as pleasant. We are sending all our relatives to your establishment."
