"Weren’t told of any of the amenities when checking in and learned from other staff about cookies, breakfast etc. pool was cloudy due to someone getting sick in it. Room was exceedingly HOT even when we turned off all heat sources. The heat issue plus Bathroom being set for 88 making my wife sick almost every night of our stay. "We have a very high energy 8 year old boy. The staff thought the resort, more so at the front desk where so great with him. They talked with him and enjoyed his daily stories about what we did while out exploring. The staff will have us coming back for sure, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, they were very helpful when we were looking for places to go and explore. Highly recommend based on staffing alone!

I would have liked to know ahead of time that I was staying at the adjacent building instead of the actual Stone Hill building, but it was still great.
