"Great hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. The location was central to many things, easy to access and quick trip to and from Disney. The only slightly negative aspect was the faucets all made a horrible squealing noise."

"I asked for a quiet room, it was noisy, next to parking and street, next morning walking to office, I see that it has rooms that overlook the interior courtyard. The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet, the breakfast was bad, eggs cold, potatoes cold, my waffle was OK, coffee was so so, it’s an old B W that needs a lot of rehab to bring it to todays standards."

"I don’t know how this hotel got such a high rating! It is absolutely disgusting and dirty inside the rooms!!! The furniture is filthy, stained , broken/worn down . The tub and fixtures are so old. The shampoo /conditioner bottle were dirty . I would never have stayed here by choice ( especially with kids) not knowing what we were walking into but we’re on the road it was late and had no choice once we got our stuff inside . "Good location. They say free breakfast but they give you two vouchers for the Denny’s next door regardless how many people you have with you. Really should state this."

"The hotel looked very clean so thats a plus. However, there was absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom in the room so when you take showers, it turns into a steam room. There's no dimmer for the main lights in the room, just very bright stage lights that get the room hot, especially getting out of the steam room shower. The continental breakfast was the best thing about our stay. The food was delicious and the chef, not sure her name but she was black and her name started with a Q... PLEASE...
