"I had a great stay! The airport shuttle driver was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The staff were welcoming, and the overall service was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers."

"A 2 minute repair to plumbing tape on the showerhead in room 213 would eliminate getting sprayed in the face when the water is turned on. It took me 3 tries with the breakfast room toaster and my English muffin was barely warm. A new toaster on Amazon costs $50. The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors talking over my TV. They have a shop with snacks but they won’t let you in to browse. This gave me a clue as to the other guests. Won’t return."

"It was an ok stay, may main concern was the parking space. One of the nights when coming back to the hotel late at night- we couldn’t find parking. There was no available spaces anywhere we had to drive around at least three times eventually, we went inside the office and asked for Assistance. The gentleman at the counter just recommended to park at another lot which wasn’t part of the hotel. We didn’t feel comfortable doing that. I think that that’s a major issue if your parking space does not...

I asked at check in about late check out, I was told I had to ask later in my stay, so I asked each day, and received the same answer, cut to the chase, they KNEW based on occupancy there would be no late check out. So just tell people, it's not the end of the world, the kabuki theater was nonsense. The broken escalator was more amusing than problematic. Personal grievance aside, the Palms is the best choice within 20 miles."

"The hotel itself was fine, but the housekeeping service was concerning. Our room was not cleaned at all, the towels weren’t replaced, and the bed was never made. I’m not sure if this was an oversight or normal practice, but it was definitely unexpected for us."

"A hidden gem located right off the 5 near Disneyland. The room was nice, spacious and had very comfortable beds. It worked perfectly for our needs (quick one night stay) but I wouldn’t choose it as a vacation spot w children (a touch too fussy), even though there were plenty of kiddos there. Overall, I recommend."
