"The service at the Ayres Hotel was great. I left my room for maybe an hour and a half and when I got back my bed was already made my dirty linen had been replaced. Not to mention they had made a flower out of the toilet paper. I was very impressed. The lighting was amazing in the room, the beds were so comfortable, and the AC was just perfect. Overall, this was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again."

I was initially a little nervous because the staff did not seem very approachable during check-in, but thankfully that first impression did not reflect the rest of our experience. "The hallway carpets were extremely dirty and made me nervous about the room. My room however was clean. Looks recently re-furnished but not remodeled. Staff was responsive and helpful when I needed a late check in and a new remote. Good breakfast choices and plenty of space to eat in the dining area or outdoor patio. I would certainly stay again."

The continental breakfast and the lady keeping up with the breakfast very friendly and helpful .The room was ok I guess the ice chest had a hair and gum wrappers the sofa bed hadn't been opened or checked in a while had crumbs and hairs in the sofa bed.The sofa bed had hairs stuck in the springs. the toilet water ran all night ."

"Rooms were very clean. My issue was there was someone upstairs making so much noise at 2am in morning pounding on floors and running. I complained couple of times but it continued throughout the morning. I booked room because I didn’t want to make a drive I was exhausted and I didn’t get sleep because of this.
