"Bra hotell med bra läge även om det vid första anblick kändes ruffigt på gatan, kändes dock helt säkert när vi började lära känna området. Enkel men bra frukost, gott kaffe! Ganska mycket ljud utifrån men rent och fräscht rum. Personalen väldigt hjälpsam med tips och hjälp och jag kan absolut tänka mig att bo här igen."

"My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for...
