"My one star rating has nothing to do with the staff or quality of room. Charging a guest $10 a night just to park in basically a public lot. They didn't even take my vehicle info. This is a money grab and will end up costing this location valuable customers. I have stayed at this specific location for over 7 years when our family member was hospitalized at Duke Hospital. I hate to change, but this is just totally unacceptable….i demand reasonable value for where I spend my money! Hope they...

"All good with the property, but the night shift front desk staff honestly is terrible… bad attitude, the morning shift was good! Specially house keeping and the lady assisting the breakfast area, they were very friendly and helpful!"
