"Had to switch rooms a couple times but staff was helpful. First time, the door didn’t lock properly and the second time the AC was broken. Breakfast and coffee was terrible."

I was charged for the room twice (over and above the already charged payment from Expedia) and also a $100 security deposit. I brought it up the next day and it was immediately corrected. "Very basic accommodations. Bathroom was small and the tile soap dish had apparently broken off in our room, so there was no place to put soap or shampoo while ahowering. Breakfast was also very basic, but to have any breakfast is a plus. Rates were higher than I would expect at this type of place. Location was fine."

"The staff was exceptional! They were all very nice and helpful. It didn't have a pool but we knew that when we booked it. The breakfast was alright. It's a little thing but the "do not disturb" signs would not stay on the door handle. They fell off every time you left or entered the room. Be aware that the rooms don't have a microwave, unless you ask for one. All in all it was a very nice stay. The rooms and grounds were very well kept too. We'd be back for the staff alone! Great stay."

"Comfortable clean room. Bathroom could use an upgrade. Shower head flow could not be changed to a softer setting. Also one of the few hotel chains that doesn’t offer a free breakfast. At $10 pp, Wawa is not far and has good food and coffee."
