"My family and I stayed at this location for Memorial Day weekend. It was a very clean, spacious, and convenient spot to stay in to have access to downtown events, restaurants, and attractions. The parking was awful. It would’ve been helpful had someone mentioned that there was construction going on so parking was limited. There were ants in certain areas. "Theres a ton of steep steps to get into the 2nd/3rd floor units. This is however listed in the reviews. Its not ADA accessible at all. The unit was very spacious. Area a little rough but it was cool. They need to do something with the vacant property next door. Grass and weeds tall and not a good appearance. "

"We stayed here with family. The area felt very safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store and other restaurants during the day. You need a car in my opinion but there's plenty of on street parking and a garage. The trolley is within walking distance as well. We loved city park which is basically right down the road. There's also a pool area which was nice to hang out at but the water is not heated. My only complaint is the overpowering smell of fabulouso. I'm sensitive to cleaning product...

"Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!"

"Absolutely loved the property! It was very conveniently located, parking was amazing. It is newly built and very spacious. We were in town for the night very last minute due to a family emergency and because of the holiday there weren’t too many places available. My only complaint is the price, the cleaning fee is as much as a 1 night stay. "

"The home offered beautiful views of the city, day and night. The location was great! It was only 1 block from St. Charles Street and another for the streetcar pick up. It was 2 or 3 blocks from The Pontchartrain Hotel which had a rooftop bar which gave an even more expansive view of the city. We walked many places, including the garden district, WWII Museum, the French Quarter and also delicious restaurants. The city was working on the street a few days while we were there, but it was tolerable...
