"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early at around 12 pm, and were given an early check in which was great as we had been up since 3 am to catch public transport to melbourne. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, have stayed here a few times now and would definetly stay again"

"Staff were nice. However the room looked clean but it was very dusty . If you are sensitive and have dust allergies like me, I do not recommend this place. We complained and they said they would send a maid but they never did. The tv remote didn’t work but they gave us new batteries instantly. We wanted to open the window because of the dust but it was jammed. They called a repairman immediately and it was fixed . Each level has one washing machine but you can only use the washing machine on...

"Great place to stay for the weekend. Was clean and had full amenities. Very appreciative of the guest secure parking garage, we didn’t have to worry about searching for street parking. A quiet spot within walking distance of carriageworks, Chinatown and a train station."
