"Absolutely incredible stay — hands down the best hotel I’ve ever experienced in Melbourne! The entire place was immaculate, from the facilities to the welcoming vibe. The scent as soon as you walk in is divine, and every staff member was so kind and attentive. A special shout-out to Vesna for her outstanding customer service, warmth, and a good laugh. The pool and gym are stunning, and the amenities have everything you could possibly need. This will definitely be my go-to spot for future work...

"Loved our overnight stay here for a concert at River stage, Perfect location. Was walkable, an easy walk. Used Valet parking and once car was parked we didn't need it again. Everything was handy and close. Room was perfect, staff were exceptional, highly recommend."

"Great hotel in a great location. Staff was tip-top & hotel kept in great conditon. Special kudos to both the manager who offered us an upgraded room because we had a leaky sink faucet (we declined the move but I appreciated his concern for enhacing our stay) and for the tall gentleman who fixed the leak problem. He was pleasant, very focused on resolving the problem quickly, diagnosed & quickly fetched the part, left the work space clean and was out in less than 30 minutes ... great job."

"We stayed in a King bed, corner balcony Room that was extremely comfortable & Clean. Check-in staff were lovely & it was quick & efficient. Parking was easy & if you are a Star Club member, was Free upon minimal purchase, thus triggering the point accumulation required. We were celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary & a bottle of champagne & sweet note was waiting for us in our room. We had Dinner @ the Garden Kitchen & Bar restaurant & the meal & service was outstanding. We had a memorable...

"The Ramada was a very pleasant surprise. We have been to Ballina several times but have never stayed. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. So good we went back another night. Great restaurants within walking distance and great shops in the town. We will definitely be back. Would highly recommend the Wharf Restaurant and Bar for dinner, lunch or breakfast. "
