"Amazing view from the room and bar area - that alone makes it a great stay. Very close to Alhambra, just a couple minutes walk. Since it’s up on the hill, uphill walk coming back from the main shopping and Restauramt area, not much nearby to eat/shop/drink. There is a bus and taxi stop very close so not a huge deal. Room was clean and beds good. "
"The hotel was right across from the cathedral and yet wasn't very noisy. There were ancient remains of previous structures preserved at the base of the hotel which were on display. Rooms were a very decent size, had plenty of room to put/hang everything and all was clean and well kept. The location was in the middle of everything we wanted to see -- perfect for us (especially without a car). Hotel breakfasts were very good -- plenty of selection and well made. Well done!"
"It turned out that the ticket I bought for the Alhambra was a scam. I mentioned this to Paula Peña, Guest Experience Manager, and incredibly she was able to secure a Granada Card which included entry to the Alhambra for the next day. I can’t thank her enough for saving my trip. The hotel is well staffed and they are excellent at what they do."
"I have never stayed in a hotel with just a rail for hanging clothes. The reception staff were bordering on rude. The only plus was breakfast which was excellent. Perhaps the Melia Granada staff should visit the Melia Seville to see how it’s done."
"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The parking spaces are not very spacious but you cannot find bigger in Granada. I loved the location of the hotel."
"Did not have breakfast, poor amenities, great location, some underground parking, Granada was busy with young people, very nice city but too much traffic for us!"
