The location was easy to find, right off exit 44. Receptionist was not at the front desk for check in, has to call out for assistance. The lobby smelled like marijuana. The bathroom tub was stained, dryer broken, water was not going down the drain in the tub. Shower water was on feet during shower. The iron was broken and sticked on the iron board. The furnitures were outdated.The place is below average- it needs an upgrade. It served it's purpose for the 2 nights but that was it for me. I recommend anyone considering to stay at Baymont in East Windsor, CT to find somewhere else to stay.

Front desk person, excellent. First room dirty with a sticky substance on dresser, ring of beverage on night stand. Bed covers and blankets looked unwashed, stained or both. Hallway smelled of cigarettes and possibly marijuana. Fire doors were propped open. Second room looked cleaner but only 2 electrical outlets in inconvenient places. It did have an unpleasant odor. The fire alarm had a plastic covering over it.

Booked a room just to sleep for 6 hours before a 3 a.m. wake up for a 5:30 a.m. flight. This place is an absolute dump and I would never stay there ever again. Had I known in advance, I most certainly would have found other accomdations, regardles of price. The mid week nightly room rate of $88 seemed to make logical sense given my extremely limited needs, however, in practice staying there proved to make no sense as my stay was so uncomfortable that there was no sleep involved. Between the sub standard accomodations and the noise from the dumpsters being emptied at 2:00 a.m. just outside the room, it was simply unacceptable on every level. The room and hotel in general are so below par, I should have listened to my instincts, checked out upon arrival and asked for a refund. As is true with anything in life, you get what you pay for.

Seems like this hotel has people actually living in this hotel which seem to be entitled to the hotel and who comes. Staying in hotels for the purpose of work only it is convenient for the price. This place can use a little more hospitality.

Other then the LOVELY lady at the front desk this place is very run down. See below a looong list of things wrong. 1-Door even when locked and safety bar on would rattle back and forth at least 1/2 inch. 2-Smoke detector hanging loose from the ceiling by only wires 3-At least 5-6 patch jobs in the walls and on the shower tub that where never finished. 4-Bathtub had dirt and stains on/in it. 5-Computer chair but no desk. 6-Notified staff more then once about entire floor once off of the elevator was extremely sticky. Took 2 days to clean and still was sticky. 7-There where tires and rims and junk all over the back of the property.

Very strong smells when getting off the elevator and into my room. Possibly the cleaning agent they use to mask the smell of a smoker in the room before my stay? Staff was very friendly and kind!

Dirty sheets and blankets, I requested for clean sheets and blankets and front desk person told me they don’t have housekeeping, the mattress of the bed and the microwave stinks like cigarettes. I will never go back to this place if I could give -0 stars I would. I don’t know where or how they got 3 stars
