"Very clean room. Property clean and nice. Grass areas and Bbqs dogs welcomed & Area for dog with water area to wash down you dog if needed. They All were Very helpful and kind Bed a little hard but comfortable. He’d felt nice !! Only change we could feel are the pillows , they were old & uncomfortable. I give them ALL STARS "

"I’ve had a lovely experience staying at this place. The place was very clean. The bed was comfortable, there were inly 3 pillows but you can request for more. The only thing that was a downside was the WiFi. It was very slow and difficult to connect to. But I had cell service so it’s not a big deal. Walk to the beach was 5 minutes and it was the highlight of my short stay. "

"Wonderful overnight stay: clean, great location, easy parking, a quick walk to the town/Main Street, breakfast included, great value for price! José the gardener made our visit by letting us know about the different plants and flowers that they planted/maintain at the Squibb House. He was so friendly and personal-really made our visit such a treat! We will definitely come back when visiting Hearst Castle and the elephant seal rookery!"

"This property is a hidden gem. Affordable, clean, plenty of parking and a block away from the beach. It was spacious for the two of us and the bathroom was huge! This will now be our hotel of choice when we travel down to Paso Robles/Cayucas area.. Notable: Check-in was a breeze and the owner was very nice. "Part was under construction - but can't help that. Didn't let us know about the parking and having to move our car. Hot Tub was broken. The rooms were great. Very spacious and clean. Some of the trees blocked the ocean view, but all in all - was a nice place to stay."
