"Spotlessly clean room. Heater was brought to us immediately, since it is cool in January. Hotel staff were endlessly polite and helpful. Fantastic breakfast with pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, jam and toast. Altogether a lovely hotel with beautiful views of the mountains and valleys in my favorite part of India. Hoping to come back again! "

"I was with my family in Gangtok-Sikkim on family holidays for a week from 13th to 19th April 2017 and as per suggested by hotel receptionist Mr Ravi Rai we choosed King Suite for stay. First of all I would like to thank and appreciated Mr Ravi and his team for such wonderful service and arrangements. We received very warm welcome by him and his team on arrival. "We had an amazing 2 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet part of town near the Secretariat building and across the street from the former king’s palace complex. We were told that the building was a guest house for royal guests. The building has 5 floors and each floor has 4-5 rooms, all with a view of the mountains. We stayed at the top floor with access to the terrace. Be aware that there is no elevator. The staff was very friendly and nice. There are no eating places nearby...
