"Extremely thin walls & heard every step from floor above. Old air conditioning sounds like a jet taking off with occasional bangs as it shuts on & off. Upon arrival, we found the sheets so dirty that there was still a lipstick stain on 1 bed & remnants of a string cheese wrapper in the other. Looking at numerous other reviews, they clearly have a pattern of not changing sheets between customers. The floors also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a long time. "Pro: Front desk staffs and lifeguards are great. Cons: The room isn’t clean! We found a lollipop stick on top of the bed frame (it shows housekeeper isn’t carefully checking) and a tiny spider. Housekeeper took our used towels but didn’t replace new ones. Didn’t refill water bottles, didn’t refill bathroom essentials! We are kinda disappointed in the water park, not much to do except lazy river. There is only 1 pool, pretty small."

There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...

"I arrived at the property and was immediately disappointed. I didn't check -in. No elevator to the 2nd floor. I had several bags. The property looked run down. I was changing property due to a negative experience with another hotel. Sooooo disappointing because you cannot get a refund through Expedia. I will no longer use Expedia and other on-line booking outlets. Just cannot rely on the hotel ratings."

"The room and property were very clean. The office has a great coffee machine and ice machine. The A/C worked very well. The shower was amazing! The shower pressure and temperature were really great! The staff was great too. The owners and staff were super accommodating and welcoming! I will definitely stay here again."

"We went to the Cape Club because it advertised golf privileges for hotel guests. The receptionist told us there was a tournament so we couldn’t play golf. I asked whether we could use the golf privileges on another day. And she said no!! I told her that we were disappointed but she offered no solution."
