"We arrived late. The instructions were to use a keypad. The only visible keypad was a lockbox which didn’t open with the code provided. I called the number, told staff about the lockbox, the guy said something about that I should’ve called earlier. Minutes later presumably the same guy shows up, angrily dashes past me, uses a digital keypad (I couldn’t tell it was there), opens the door and angrily walks away.
