We stayed for three nights at the tail end of a trip around the Pelopennese. Everything was great. The bay it overlooks is beautiful. The room was clean and well put together. And the pool/bar/food scenes are all very good and no problems at all (not spectacular, but all well done). Finally, the staff were really approachable and had some excellent ideas on places to go in Mani that weren't showing up in my guide book and google searches. I have no hesitation recommending people go here.

The rooms were great! The reception staff and welcome was very nice. The restaurant was disappointing . The biggest let down was that this hotel should not be called hotel&spa but just hotel. As we did not visit during high summer season but Easter period there were no spa/massage treatments available. So basically the spa is not in operation ( shame as this was one of the main reason we visited) this should be mentioned on the web site ! Also there was construction that started at 8am and did not finish till 19:00!!! So not much chance to enjoy the outdoor area infront of our room or the property! Finally good breakfast with amazing selections of home made jams BUT no Croissnts to enjoy them with!

Fabulous hotel, hypnotic views!

The hotel is beautiful and quietly majestic. The building sit atop a hillside with majestic views out of the mountain and large body of of crystal clear water below. The has been beautifully restored and the infinitely pool and surrounds add to the calm, tranquil environment. Rooms are a good size, well appointed and the bed is extremely comfortable. the traditional style Greek breakfast is substantial and delicious, staff are friendly and nothing is a hassle. Great place, super location and fabulous service. We will definietley be returning, Marni and the surround towns are amazing...!!

Το δωμάτιο (superior) είναι πολύ μικρό. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν αξίζει το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο για 185€/βραδιά ειδικά για μήνα Ιούνιο και μεσοβδόμαδα. Στο πρωινό δηλώνεις από την προηγούμενη ημέρα την ακριβή ώρα που θα κατέβεις και τι ακριβωσ Θα φας ώστε να στο φέρουν οι ίδιοι. Υπάρχει και περιορισμός στο τι θα δηλώσεις. Υπάρχουν στην περιοχή καταλύματα αρκετά οικονομικότερα και περισσότερες παροχές.

Zusammen mit einer Freundin habe ich Ende Mai 5 Nächte im Petra Kai Fos Boutique Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel ist einzigartig und erlaubt pure Erholung. Da wir noch vor Beginn der Hauptsaison vor Ort waren, gab es nur wenig belegte Zimmer. Ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade wurde uns direkt bei Ankunft angeboten. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Unterkunft ist im Allgemeinen sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr individuell und der Region angepasst. Ob am Pool, beim Frühstück oder Abendessen wir hatten stets unsere Ruhe und andere Gäste waren kaum zu sehen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen und man sollte definitiv ein Auto zur Verfügung haben, um z.B. Tagesausflüge zu machen oder zum Abendessen in ein Restaurant zu fahren. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und bei Wünschen immer gleich zur Stelle. Besonders der nette Herr am Empfang hat uns viele Tipps in Bezug auf die Region, Ausflüge oder Restaurants gegeben. Vielen Dank nochmals für den tollen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very Nice view! Unfortunately Huge lack of trained personnel. Check in awful and arrogant. Our worst experience in Greece. Booked 2 rooms for 5 persons, told us with arrogance 4 only at Check in!?. Rooms small. Why loud music at swimming pool all day and why opening pool so late in the morning ? Should consider seriously hire new management and train staff! Not worth the high price paid. Too bad because The view and facilities are great.

Stilvolles Hotel

Wir waren auf unserer Peloponnes-Rundreise eine Nscht im im Petra Kai Fos (was so viel heisst wie Stein und Licht und eine sehr treffende Bezeichnung für das Hotel ist, da das Hotel stilvoll aus Stein gebaut ist). Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist phantastisch. Wir haben den Pool sehr geschätzt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt liegt das Hotel leider etwas abgelegen.
