While there is parking nearby (do contact property ahead of time if you need to park to get discount) be aware that you are competing for space even temporary parking to drop off luggage. The hotel does not provide dinner service. Make sure to book a restaurant nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didnt have to use vehicle for entire duration of stay as location was perfect for walking to cathedral and other sights."

"The old Customs House by the river has been turned into a pleasant hotel. The room was small but had good facilities and view of the river. Interesting bar and restaurant in the old section. We came by taxi which was fine but not sure how you drop off if driving as on main road. Reasonable value for city centre hotel. It is a little difficult to get in with heavy bags as several small flights of stairs to get to reception and then the lifts."

"This was our first time here but we loved the fresh modern vibe and the friendly efficient staff. Common areas as well as rooms were well cared for, loved the pool table and ping pong tables which were free to play. The room itself was faultless, spotless and well equipped with everything you’re likely to need or want during your stay. The location was for us was perfect with literally a 5 minute walk onto Argyll street or George square ..everything was within short walking distance. We will definitely be back..full marks. "
